Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Phil Wickham merchandise; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
